Refund Policy

AskBox is a subscription-based Service with payments processed by Creem.io. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

• 14-day money-back guarantee: You may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with EU consumer rights.
• Pro-rata refunds: For annual subscriptions cancelled after 14 days, unused months will be refunded proportionally at our discretion.
• If the Service becomes unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, you may request a refund which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed through Creem.io and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your original payment method.

This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
